Peter, please tell me where I can get a _Windows or Apple_ install image
that contains various additional tools that launch immediately when I
turn it on.  For many reasons it is impossible to download those tools
manually (for instance, those systems are so insecure I will never
connect them to the internet).


Where do I get such Windows or MacOS install images??


Oh, wait they don't exist. You were simply using a rhetorical device in an
attempt to convince us to do something just for you.
