I don't remember very clearly, but I do power cycle this computer frequently,
so I probably did power cycle it yesterday.

It is a relatively new card -- a brand new Intel AX200 I bought online around
three years ago, inserted into a PCIe slot on my motherboard, and have not
touched since -- and there have been, as far as I remember, no problems on
either
Linux or OpenBSD (7.1 and 7.2) prior to now.

Perhaps it overheated, or the dust in my computer interfered with its operation?
I have not dusted my PC in some time...

Thanks,
Jeremy
