Sorry, no. I would if I could. But I have neither the expertise for the content 
(remember, I was looking for this information and at this point I don’t have 
the faintest idea why there should be different files for each architecture in 
the first place) nor for the man page syntax. My »solution« would be to copy 
the amd64 version, which would most likely be wrong ;-)

I may have gotten spoiled by OpenBSD generally documenting everything ;-) So 
when something turned out to be missing I thought it might be an oversight and 
wanted to report this so it might be fixed at some point.

It is certainly not high priority though. And I don’t have any expectations. 
Just doing my bit in reporting something perceived to need improvement. If 
there is a better channel for feedback like this then please let me know. Same 
if you think that bug reports need a certain threshold of severity to be 
eligible to be reported.
