Hello,

When a USB-Ethernet dongle (ure driver) is plugged in
to a Raspberry Pi 4b, the on-board Wifi blocks. There are
no error messages and no changes to the bwfm0 Wifi
interface that I have noticed. Removing the dongle
unblocks the Wifi.
The on-board Ethernet bse0 remains unaffected.

I have reproduced the problem in OpenBSD 7.9 & 8.0.
The USB-Ethernet dongle is a tp-link UE-300. I have two,
same behaviour with both.
There is no Ethernet cable connected to the dongle during
these tests.
Enabling debug on the interfaces ure0 and
bwfm0 (ifconfig <if> debug) shows nothing of interest.
Problem exists with bwfm0 in AP mode as well as client
mode.
The problem does not occur on Raspberry Pi OS.

See attachment.

Aaron.
