The documentation (C User's Guide) for enabling stack checking within the
application says the constant is: CONFIGURE'''D'''_STACK_CHECKER_ENABLED
when it should be: CONFIGURE_STACK_CHECKER_ENABLED, at least per
confdefs.h and the sample code.
