The !GoAhead HTTP server license at
https://www.rtems.org/license/LICENSE.WEBSERVER is referenced on
https://www.rtems.org/license in a slightly scary way ("The common
characteristic of all of these licenses EXCEPT the !GoAhead Webserver
License is that they allow (...)").
The !GoAhead server isn't present in at least 4.11 and master and isn't at
the stated path "c/src/libnetworking/rtems_webserver" in at least 4.8
