virtex4 and virtex5 bsp headers (bsp.h) define
CONFIGURE_INTERRUPT_STACK_MEMORY, which causes confdefs.h to choke.
As discussed on mailing list, they should instead set
BSP_INTERRUPT_STACK_SIZE.
