In order to be able to mount a FAT drive made available to the guest by
Qemu VFAT feature a IDE driver was necessary. For the PowerPC qemuprep
bsp no IDE driver was available.
This patch is adding a simple IDE driver based on the PC386 IDE driver.
Qemu command line example:
qemu -M prep -kernel ./test_disk.ralf -hda fat:rw:/home/my_dir ...
