#3638: Investigate standards origin of y0l, y1l, and ynl for psxhdrs tests

These three methods are in math.h but the standards or historical orgin of
them so they can be accounted for properly in the psxhdr tests.
The tests for these methods exist but are disabled in
psxtests/Makefile.am. Be sure to adjust that Makefile.am as part of
resolving this ticket.
