The <sys/msg.h> file is not yet supported by RTEMS. The following methods
in <sys/msg.h> are not supported:
{{{
msgctl()
msgget()
msgrcv()
msgsnd()
}}}
When added update psxhdr section of psxtests/Makefile.am to enable the
existing API Compliance tests.
