* Attachment "0001-pthreadgetcpuclockid.c-Implement-
pthread_getcpuclock.patch" added.
Untested implementation of pthread_getcpuclockid() assuming thread ID is
used as the per thread cpu clock id. Needs clock_gettime/clock_settime
capabilities added and tests
