The posted command line does not include a "-Wl,--gc-sections". My guess
is that you don't have a clean environment and that some parts pick up out
dated stuff. It is a know RSB issue that existing stuff in the prefix
location can influence the build. From my point of view building with
stuff in the prefix is undefined behaviour in most cases.
