We improved the exception handling mechanism under the MIPS architecture
by handling non-alignment exception appropriately.The relevant file paths
are \c\src\lib\libbsp\mips\shared\irq\vectorexceptions.c,
\c\src\lib\libbsp\mips\shared\irq\exception.S
