#4625: Cleanup of IMD and embedded brains File Headers

Due to the ticket #3053 a lot of outdated headers have been pointed out:
(1) Thomas Doerfler is now using an embedded-brains.de mail address.
(2) A number of embedded brains copyright notices include ground
addresses. That is a violation of the published recommendation for file
headers and copyright blocks as shown here:

If headers are touched during the cleanup work for #3053 these two points
should be cleaned up.
