* Update firewalls to latest FreeBSD 13.1
* Firewalls are dual redundant and share state using pfysnc
* May require several hours of downtime during OSL business hours.
This needs to be done while the OSL has workers in the case of a severe
issue. If it's done outside of typical RTEMS activity there will be noone
there to help.
