The Qemu documentation includes instructions for running OSes like Linux
and VxWorks on Qemu. See
https://www.qemu.org/docs/master/system/riscv/sifive_u.html for an
example.
The goal of this ticket is to add sections to the Qemu Users Guide about
RTEMS.
Consider it technical marketing.
