That list while it's there really doesn't tell anyone much. What if we're all busy?? Everyone on GitLab is invited to comment on MRs and issues not just a maintainer. I don't think specifically targeting developers is the way to do it anymore. But..that's just my opinion if you think we should add it then we should have the caveat above.
