Chris Johns created an issue:
https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/issues/5118

The header
[rtems/confdefs/libio.h](https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/blob/main/cpukit/include/rtems/confdefs/libio.h?ref_type=heads#L160)
includes `librtemsNfs.h` which no longer exists in `rtems.git`. The define
`CONFIGURE_FILESYSTEM_NFS` is defined if `CONFIGURE_FILESYSTEM_ALL` is defined.

Should references to NFS be removed from `confdefs` since NFS depends on a
networking stack which is a separate package?

At the moment defining `CONFIGURE_FILESYSTEM_ALL` is broken and I suppose not
used so should it also be removed?
