I have a MR which was approved by three approvers: https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/merge_requests/121 However, it cannot be merged, due to lacking approvals. The approval details suggest that for moxie and or1k an approval from Joel is required. I think these unmaintained secondary targets should not have their own approver at all. Approver groups with less than three members make no sense to me in general.
