Yeah I already have that written down but it's not that easy.  We need to think 
about the workflow of how this should happen.  There needs to be a process to 
test the new version against all the repositories to make sure it works and 
then update so we need to be more deliberate about it.

I have some ideas about it but the procedural part needs to be discussed: 
what's important enough to upgrade for and do we want to support one repo 
getting ahead of others to avoid increasing the size of our repositories or 
whether we care or not.  Clearly the above is not great having `2.0` vs `2.1`  
Having said that `2.1.4` has fixes we really want for Windows.
