If it's something in an `__rtems__` namespace that would be pretty easy to assume it's about RTEMS or if it's an rtems-only header file. 3. There should be no difference as all we're doing is tracking and discussing the initial patch. If it's changed upstream then that's not something we'll do anything about it's too much work. 4. It keeps RTEMS discussions within RTEMS and not on the lists of other projects.
