Beeram Pranith Reddy commented on a discussion: https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/tools/rtems-tools/-/merge_requests/66#note_130489 Actually, sb-check is used to check if CodeQL is present in the system's PATH, which may be temporarily important because to run other commands that include creating a database, analyzing, we need to run `codeql create database` internally, which requires CodeQL to be in the path. It warns, but it is not required to build RTEMS.
