## Summary
This Merge Request improves the documentation coverage and code quality of the
MS-DOS Filesystem (DOSFS) core within cpukit.
Changes included:
1. Added Doxygen @file headers to msdos.h and msdos_init.c to align with RTEMS
documentation standards.
2. Corrected a common typo ("apropriately" -\> "appropriately") discovered by
codespell in msdos_init.c.
3. Applied clang-format to the modified files to ensure compliance with RTEMS
coding style.
These changes are part of my ongoing preparation for the GSoC 2026 project:
"Port FatFS to RTEMS". By documenting these core files, I am establishing a
better understanding of the VFS-to-DOSFS interface layers.
