Thanks for pointing that out! I totally missed the note about using an existing 
`safelibc` implementation, but that makes perfect sense—no point in reinventing 
the wheel if a good library already exists.I'll start digging into the 
repositories you mentioned (likely comparing `rurban/safeclib` vs the others) 
to see which one is the most active and robust. I'll also double-check the 
licensing status to make sure it's fully compatible with RTEMS before I try to 
integrate anything.

I'll report back once I've identified the best candidate and tried a test build.
