Testing has shown that this descriptor ring is also succeptible to the same issues as the pbuf arrays under heavy load. Updates #12 rtemslwip/zynqmp/netstart: Drop core-zero locking of threads This removes the locking of emacps servicing thread to core 0 as it is no longer necessary given the added locking around the BD ring manipulations.
