No idea how this file made it into the RTEMS repository as I was expressly against this happening. It was merged in https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/merge_requests/747 by @joel and @opticron . I do not want to deal with having two sets of configurations. CI is setup to not clobber and now there is one sitting in the repository I do not have time to modify it for something that's going away. The right solution would have been to just put this in the config repository for CI and have it populate.
