I worked in this issue and created a MR :

Config:

\[sparc/leon3\]RTEMS_SMP = True RTEMS_DEBUG = True RTEMS_POSIX_API = True 
BUILD_TESTS = True BUILD_SMPTESTS = True BUILD_SPTESTS = True

Below is the before and after logs :

the 5 failed tests i believe is not related to this issue, there were no 
assertion on \__Chain\__Is_node_off_chain.

1) this is for all tests
