Bumping the memory overhead to 4096 is a concern. This means that some amount 
of the workspace is not being accounted. Probably, the stack use on the `sparc` 
is greater than the minimum stack size, so there should be some additional 
padding after all in rtems_can_queue_kern_initialize()
