## Summary

<!--Provide background information about the project idea.-->

This project requires #5527 to be completed. It is possible for GSoC a student
can combine this and that to create a large project but the proposal must be
wrong in order for this to happen.

ESP-32 works using a binary blob that is lwIP. In order to make this work for
RTEMS the surrounding hook code needs to be created to load the blob and
connect RTEMS to the lwIP functions. This would require the use of RTEMS libbsd
to get the IP stack and networking tools for wifi.

## Approach

<!--Describe the general techniques to use to complete the project.-->

Locate the Espressif binary blob that contains the lwIP implementation and
whatever other files required to load the networking stack int RTEMS.

## Knowledge/Skills

<!--add the programming languages or other technical skills needed.-->

General C knowledge
