It was brought up on Discord that we modify or clobber some files on install we should not be doing this as `uninstall` is a viable command in waf and built-in. If it does not work we have broken it and need to ensure we're installing in a way that allows for `uninstall` to work as expected. Gedare mentioned this has something to do with shared dependencies and what we build.
