Wayne Thornton created an issue:
https://gitlab.rtems.org/administration/gitlab/-/issues/129

During review of the DHRL API merge request
(https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/merge_requests/1193), Gedare
mentioned that I should create an issue to be added to the Approver's list for
CPUKIT.

I am requesting to be added for purposes of the DHRL API and code touching the
API (should the MR be merged) as I am the architect of the API and at this
point the one with the deepest understanding of how it functions.

I would note that I already have Developer permissions to approve MRs and
believe that I have shown a pattern of restraint in that role in that I am
careful what I approve, when I approve it and also that I am unafraid to revoke
approval if valid points are made in opposition.
