I also created tooling in `wscript` and use it in `spec/build` to compile DTS files. The test shows how to use a pre-compiled DTB at compile-time, compile-time generated DTB from DTS, and DTBs that are loaded via a filesystem as raw files or as gzip compressed files. This probably provides enough hints for someone to follow to generalize for building DTBs as part of BSP compilation. Along the way I refactored and fixed a few little things. I uncovered several bugs with the test case and fixed them.
