### Commit Message

The commit message:

> A test whose interrupt reliably lands inside the action, yet which is not
> satisfied by that particular time point, therefore repeated one time point
> until it ran out of iterations.

is difficult to read. Is it saying:

```
A test whose interrupt reliably lands inside the action yet is not satisfied by
that particular time point repeatedly used the one time point until it ran out
of iterations.
```

?

### MR Details

The MR descriptions lacks needed detail included in the commit messages and AI
usage. Release notes will contain this MR and not the commit messages. It is an
important fix so providing details in the MR that helps make the release notes
work. Duplicating in the commit messages is OK if this works for you.

Please include the AI details in the MR description. It is in the template so
please do not just delete it.

### Testing

1. What architectures have been tested?
2. Has this change been tested on SMP and non-SMP builds on real hardware for
all spintrcritical tests?

### Formatting Changes

I have been required to make formatting changes a separate commit. Does this
apply in these commits?
