Yes we don't need to bloat our testsuite for already covered behaviors. I think 
this is a nice step of progress for you toward development of the OSAL for 
TinyUSB, but it might not end up being necessary for us to merge it.

I'm also reminded of the ongoing discussion related to the Scrutiny debugger,

Working through how to properly integrate TinyUSB into RTEMS is probably the 
guiding factor to what should be submitted through MR process.
