It is trying to send the user to a general overview but uses the wrong name for both the _BSP and Driver Guide_ and the short introduction. It also looks like this section may have been in another document at some point and was referring to the document it is now a chapter in. The _BSP and Driver Guide_ is in the _bsp-howto_ subdirectory so the starting problem is that the URL reflects the old URLs for rtems.org. The resolution is mildly changing the text and the reference. A secondary change is that this chapter is after the "Command and Variable Index" which is also wrong.
