A relocation record of a RAP file holds the ELF relocation type in bits 7:0 of
its info word. The loader extracts it with `ELF_R_TYPE()`. On a 64-bit target
this macro returns the low 32 bits, which include the section index or the
string offset in bits 30:8. The RISC-V loader thus rejects `dl06` with
"Unsupported relocation type 279".

The AArch64 relocation types start at 257 and do not fit into bits 7:0 at all.
The format needs a field of its own for the type, see also #4781.

Found while running the full test suite on eleven simulators. This description
was created with Claude Code assistance.
