A relocation record of a RAP file holds the ELF relocation type in bits 7:0 of
its info word. The AArch64 relocation types start at 257, for example
`R_AARCH64_CALL26` is 283. The upper bits of the type overlap the section
index or the string offset in bits 30:8. An AArch64 RAP file thus carries
wrong types and wrong symbol names, and the load of `dl06` of RTEMS fails with
"global symbol not found: l_o2_func2".

The format needs a field of its own for the type. This requires a new format
version which rtems-ld, rtems-rap and the libdl loader of RTEMS agree on.

Found while running the RTEMS test suite on eleven simulators. This
description was created with Claude Code assistance.
