solaris in.lpd patch where/when?

Sun Solaris 8.0:        Sun patch 109320-04

"Sun Microsystems has acknowledged this vulnerability. The patch ID
numbers have been made available. The actual patches will reportedly not
be downloadable until July 2001"

August is just around the corner, looking at sunsolve.sun.com/pub/patches
today reveals only 109320-03. So anyone know when would -04 be out?
