Looke like M$'s mail handler fails to proeprly apply the RFCs (surprise
surprise) to MX records with priority '0'. This is supposed to be the
highest precedence but M$ treats it as a precedence to ignore. So, for
those using Secure DNS (SDNS) and using MX records, sdns has been
downgraded to the M$ 'standard' by changing the default MX precedence to
1 instead of 0.
