openjdk make changes to skip demo/DEMOS_LICENSE and sample/SAMPLES_LICENSE when building OPENJDK

OpenJDK builds fine. Closed Demo bundles contain the demo/DEMOS_LICENSE and sample/SAMPLES_LICENSE files. -ChrisG
