You're looking in the wrong place. If you want to build OpenJDK over JamVM, go to http://icedtea.classpath.org. To build IcedTea with JamVM: hg clone http://icedtea.classpath.org/hg/icedtea6 ./autogen.sh ./configure --disable-bootstrap --enable-jamvm make Come over to IRC channel #openjdk on irc.oftc.net for help.
