The file appears truncated so something went wrong creating it (or else one process was trying to write to it at the same time another process was trying to read?)

Can you see where graphKit.cpp was compiled? Was there any error indicator at that time?

Can you make the build more verbose so that the actual link command can be seen - that would show whether the set of files being linked appears correct or not.

If you delete graphKit.o and rebuild does the error disappear?
