Enable debugging on programs for OpenJDK builds (unclear why this is disabled; the comment says "Programs don't get the debug symbols added in the old build. It's not clear if this is intentional" but all our builds of 6 & 7 have debug info, making this a regression) 2. Turn on debugging symbols for unpack200 and jexec which seem to have been missed. Ok?
