Would x11 work as the directory/package name so that it's build.tools.x11.WrapperGenerator rather than build.tools.x11wrappergenerator.WrapperGenerator?

The pattern in jdk/make/src/classes/build/tools has so far been to have one directory for describing the tool. I agree that x11wrappergenerator is a bit long and we can certainly change it.

I think it's good to try to have a describing name for the package, since as you say, that's where the "description" have been of the tools.

What about "x11wrappergen"? And maybe shorten the class name as well, i.e. x11wrappergen.WrapperGen?
