RFR: JDK-8135014 logger.sh needs to handle commands with variable assignment prefixes

JDK-8062618 introduced a regression for running ccache. It turned out that logger.sh, which is now used when compiling, could not handle command lines such as "VAR1=val1 /usr/bin/cmd VAR2=val2". For ccache, variable prefixes such as CCACHE_COMPRESS=1 was used, which caused build failures.
