Most modern compilers include support for thread local declaration, but this feature is intentionally not supported by Apple's clang compiler. This change declares USE_LIBRARY_BASED_TLS_ONLY along with other TARGET_OS_IPHONE declarations in the hotspot globalDefinitions_gcc.hpp file.
