RFR: JDK-8156018: Hotspot visual studio project generation broken

With the new hotspot build, there was supposed to be support for 
creating a visual studio project, as was possible in the old build 
system. When creating the final changeset I missed including some of the 
files needed for that. Here are the changes as they were supposed to be, 
including removing the old version of the files since the old build has 
already been removed.

These changes were made by Magnus Ihse Bursie. Christian Törnqvist has 
verified that the generated project works.
