So unfortunately, the JDK Integrated Build tool (JIB) is an Oracle
internal tool, aside from the thin layer of wrapper scripts in:
common/conf/jib-profiles.js
common/bin/jib.sh
We use JIB to download and install devkits and external dependencies
required before handing control over to autoconf/configure and starting
a JDK build. The current implementation is tightly coupled with our
internal build and release servers, so it won't help any user outside
the corporate firewall. I hope we can open up this tool some day, but I
don't have a schedule for that.
