Adding .. the removal of .. a couple of uses of lucida
- sanity check of lucida in font config files is no longer needed.
- J2DBench demo opts change from lucida to dialog. Not sure why it had
lucida anyway ..

The Lucida fonts have never been part of OpenJDK but many places in
the code
and tests reference them. There are even a couple of stray fonts.dir
files that
probably should not have been in there.
This fix cleans up as much of this as we are also intending to no
longer ship
these fonts with Oracle JDK as it converges with OpenJDK.
There is one minor build change in here, so I've included the build
list.
