Looks good.
I thought I had fixed this, but now realize it was part of a change that
is currently on hold and I never got around to extracting this
particular fix as a separate fix.

Collision happens on JFR gensrc tool when make system runs several VM
configuration's gensrc concurrently. Let us move JFR gensrc tools files
from shared output to the JVM_VARIANT output folder.
